1. Introduction
Fasto is an on-demand delivery service that allows customers in Kathmandu Valley to order food, groceries, electronics, clothing, shoes, non-prescribed medicine, handicrafts, and more through its mobile app.
By using Fasto, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the service immediately.
2. User Accounts
To use Fasto, users must create an account and provide accurate details, such as:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Delivery address
- Email (if required)
User Responsibilities:
- You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
- If your account is compromised, you should notify Fasto immediately.
- If Fasto detects fraudulent activities (such as fake orders or payment fraud), your account may be suspended or permanently blocked.
3. Orders and Payments
Placing an Order:
- Customers can browse different categories and place orders using the Fasto app.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless under specific conditions.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Fasto supports multiple payment methods, including:
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD)
✅ Digital Wallets (e.g., eSewa, Khalti, etc.)
✅ Credit/Debit Cards (if available)
Pricing Policy:
- Prices of items are set by the vendors and may change at any time.
- Delivery charges may apply depending on the distance, weight, or urgency of delivery.
- Fasto may offer discounts, promotional offers, and cashback, which are subject to change.
4. Delivery Policy
Delivery Time:
- Fasto aims to deliver within 10 minutes, but actual delivery time depends on factors such as:
- Distance from the vendor
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Order complexity
Delivery Process:
1. After order confirmation, the nearest available delivery agent is assigned.
2. The agent picks up the order from the vendor and delivers it to the customer’s location.
3. The customer must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
Delivery Restrictions:
-Incomplete Address:If a customer provides an incorrect address, the order may be delayed or canceled.
-Unavailable Customer:If the recipient is not available at the delivery location, the order may be rescheduled or canceled, and additional fees may apply.
-Unattended Orders: The delivery agent will wait for up to 5 minutes at the location before leaving.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation:
- Customers cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched for delivery.
- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed by the vendor.
Refund Policy:
Fasto offers refunds only under the following conditions:
✅ Wrong item delivered – If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
✅ Damaged product – If the delivered item is broken or unusable.
✅ Order not delivered – If an order is not delivered due to a failure on Fasto’s end.
Refund Process:
- Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Fasto will investigate and verify the complaint before processing a refund.
- Refunds may take 3-7 business days depending on the payment method used.
Note:Refunds are not available for food items unless there is a serious issue (such as contamination or wrong item delivery).
6. Product Quality and Liability
- Fasto does not manufacture or produce any of the items listed on the platform.
- Vendors are fully responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the products they sell.
- Fasto is not liable for any health issues, allergic reactions, or damages caused by the products.
If a customer has complaints about product quality, they must contact the vendor directly through Fasto’s customer support.
7. User Responsibilities
Customers must:
✅ Use the Fasto platform only for legal and ethical purposes.
✅ Provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays.
✅ Treat Fasto delivery agents with respect and avoid any form of abuse.
✅ Verify their order at the time of delivery.
🚫 Users are strictly prohibited from:
❌ Using fake accounts or placing fraudulent orders.
❌ Misusing promotional offers or discounts.
❌ Reselling items purchased on Fasto.
❌ Engaging in abusive behavior toward delivery agents.
8. Vendor and Partner Responsibilities
Vendors using the Fasto platform must:
✅ Ensure that all listed products are genuine, fresh, and legally compliant.
✅ Update stock availability and pricing regularly.
✅ Package items properly to prevent damage during delivery.
✅ Process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
If a vendor fails to meet service standards, they may face account suspension or removal from the platform.
9. Privacy Policy
Fasto collects and stores customer data to improve its services. This data includes:
- Name, phone number, and address (for delivery purposes)
- Payment information (encrypted for security)
- Order history (to improve recommendations)
Fasto does not share user data with third parties without consent. However, data may be shared with government authorities if required by law.
10. Service Modifications and Termination
- Fasto reserves the right to **modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
- If a user violates Fasto’s policies, their account may be suspended or permanently banned.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Fasto is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by external factors.
- Fasto’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the disputed order.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from the use of Fasto will be handled in accordance with Nepalese legal procedures.
